The Services may include image editing, processing, rendering, caching, and delivery. You retain control over the actions we take on your images via our website or account interface.
Important Notes:
Storage: imageretouchai is not a long-term hosting service. Images are stored temporarily on secured servers, typically for at least six months. Deleted images may remain briefly for backup purposes.
End Results: We strive to deliver high-quality outputs based on your specifications. No ownership rights are granted over these outputs unless explicitly stated.
User Content
- Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any images or other content you submit (“User Content”), except feedback provided to us.
License
By submitting User Content, you grant imageretouchai a non-exclusive, revocable license to use, reproduce, display, and create derivative works solely to provide the Services and for internal business purposes.
Acceptable Use
You must not submit content that is:
Illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or invasive of privacy
Misleading, false, or falsely implying affiliation with another entity
Encouraging illegal activity or violating any law
Harmful to imageretouchai or other users
Containing third-party private information or sensitive data
Malware, viruses, spyware, or other harmful files
Rights and Obligations
imageretouchai may monitor or remove content that violates these Terms. You are responsible for backing up your content and for ensuring its compliance. Removed content may be retained for a reasonable period for backup or auditing purposes.

Intellectual Property
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by imageretouchai, including text, graphics, images, videos, software, and other materials (“imageretouchai Materials”).
License

Restrictions

Do not submit Feedback expecting ownership or payment. Do not provide illegal, defamatory, or offensive Feedback.
Privacy, Deliverables, and Support
Privacy: Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Only authorized personnel access your project files.
Deliverables: Supplied in agreed formats with standard revision windows.
Support: Technical guidance is provided to ensure correct exports and minimize quality issues.
Changes to Services
imageretouchai may modify or discontinue Services, features, content, or materials. For material changes, we will provide notice and allow you to terminate use if desired.
Disclaimers
Use at Your Risk: Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
No Warranties: We disclaim all warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of Services and Materials.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for data loss, system damage, or interruptions, or whether Services meet your requirements.
No Warranty from Advice: Any guidance or information received from imageretouchai does not create additional warranties.
